Extract it into /usr/local (together with binutils).
Port version history:
Version 4.5.2:
- large code model is used by default, so that produced binaries run on all
AROS ports.
- libgcc is compiled using large code model, so C++ support actually works
- DWARF2 unwinding is used for C++ exceptions
Version 4.5.2-1:
- -m32 switch works again
Version 4.5.2-2:
- removed dependency on sys/_types.h which is removed from SDK after 28.03.2011
