present in development tools on newer AROS installations. AROS Perl port is
available to download on The AROS Archives.
This port needs usr: assign pointing to Development. On newer AROS installations
it should be already present.
Patch containing modifications done to the original Autoconf source code is
distributed with AROS contrib-source snapshots in
gnu/autoconf/autoconf-2.62-aros.diff file.
