Fire Of The Apes is an atypical Wolfenstein clone with few survival horror
elements, where you are an ape who wants to escape from a dangerous, dark
and strange world, made of 9 levels...

The game was developed with a friend long time ago (dozen of years) in a
two days game jam session organised by itch.io, while the engine was
completely implemented by myself prior in the early 2000s, so expect a
primitive and unoptimised rendering...

Use cursors keys or W, S, A and D to move, Space in proximity of walls to
light up your matches, so that you can illuminate the dark corridors or
to burn alive the hostile creatures who want to drain your energy.
If you have scissors, you can use them against the brown walls and go
through them.
The exits are located in the areas where the walls look like clean stones.
Other useful keys:
* F1 - Save a screenshot on disk
* F5 - Toggle full screen
* Page Up and Page Down - Look up and down
* Home - Reset the view

The game supports joystick and joypad controllers and it has two shell
arguments:
* SHOW_FRAMERATE - Shows the current frame rate on the screen
* DONT_LOCK_FRAMERATE - Allows the game to not wait the VSync so that it
                        can run at full speed
